Junior resident (aside): "Actually, it was a 27 gauge needle..."
I actually have a buddy in med school who is trying to decide if he wants to go into orthopedic surgery. He has two years of med school left but is number one in a top ranked university. The kid has worked his tail off, it really makes me appreciate good doctors for what they have gone through.
