My self reflection on my clavicle analogy I came up with on the spot last night. It went something like this:

Patient: "But doctor, my clavicle is pretty displaced, how does it heal like that?
Me: "Sir, the ends of your clavicle...they're like two star crossed lovers in the night.  They will find each other... and they will... become one."
