This just perfectly sums up most days of 2nd year ortho residency...

When the team starts showing up at 6AM and I can't exit out of my pandora station which is currently playing a 'thumbs up'ed' selena gomez song...

So I was running yesterday and was listening to pitbull's 'Give me everything tonight' (don't judge me!), and I started thinking about how a parody titled 'Let's reduce this thing tonight' might be easy to write...  and that's when medical school's second year creation came back to mind.

Rules:
1. It's more than 4 years old, past the statute of limitations for making fun of me.
2. The singings atrocious, I'm aware of this, see rule #1 post comma.
3. It was recorded with a friends imac microphone and garage band, also rule 1.
4.  There was originally going to be an accompanying music video, but... ya know...orthopaedic surgery and stuff.

Alright peeps, enjoy:

When an trauma patient comes in, and after cutting off their clothes you find they're meticulously landscaped 'down there'...

Any ED consult for flexor tenosynovitis....

 Seniors on the weekends...

When dude with the abscess asks the overall plan...

Whenever I've got the flouro out in the ED and get an anatomic reduction...

When I talk to my radiology friends about their hours...
