So every now and then my senior will tell me to do something which my attending disagrees with.  When the attending asks what my senior told me, this is the following conversation....

I had an intern point out a patella fracture on an ipsilateral tib/fib right before sign out...

I had a simple fem neck fracture to present, no big deal, i got this... but somehow it turned into a 45 minute long pimping session...

In the morning, my senior watching me give sign out...

I forgot to look at injury films on a post op infection consult.  Presenting at sign-out kind of went like this...

When I document that a patient's extremity was 'wnl', and the xrays the next morning show a fracture there...

When a guy had grade 3 open tib/fib, and I missed a hairline patella fracture...

The back of the room when one of the residents corrects an attending...

When I'm looking over last night's consults 10 minutes before signout, and realize I didn't see/splint a non-displaced ankle fracture...

 When a fracture that was reduced on the second try, and I accidentally show my first reduction attempt during signout...

When I'm presenting a radial head fracture in the morning, and realize I don't have wrist films...
